One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 2:30pm.
Job Description:
Skilled in supervising/managing a team in a busy kitchen.
300+ meal per day.
Proven knowledge of all legislation and hygiene procedures.
Food Hygiene level 2&3 required.
Proven customer service skills.
