We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage 2 services in the Folkestone area.
Finn Farm Lodge is a service in Folkestone, in Kent (CT20 2NJ), which provides residential support for five males and females with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). The home is located in a tranquil setting on a private housing estate, just a short distance from the town centre and the beach.
Turketel Road is located in Folkestone, in Kent. The home provides residential support for six males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability. We are in a tranquil setting on a private housing estate, just a short distance from the town centre and the beach.

You and your team will support the people in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of community, staff involvement activities and other initiatives.
The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible.
Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
