We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Senior Administration Assistant position within our Critical Care department at The William Harvey Hospital in Ashford, Kent.You will work closely with the Ward Managers and the Senior Divisional Administrator, assisting with various administration duties with a priority on within Excel Worksheets. Ensuring confidentiality is maintained. This will help the Ward Managers on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the Critical Care Unit. There will also be minute taking included in the role. This role is dynamic and will continue to develop.
Assist with day to day administration duties for a smooth running of the Critical Care Unit.
Including:-
General Administrator duties
Reviewing safe staffing numbers and ensuring Healthroster is up to date
Using NHSP to book shifts
Liaising with the department in regards to vacant shifts
Working closely with the Ward Manager team
Assist with input of audit information
Record and maintain staff sickness records
Annual leave monitoring
Maintenance of excel reports and charts
Booking transport for patients and staff
Raising requisitions within Business World
Raising BSL interpreter bookings
