Level 3 EY Qualified BS31 Full-Time Term 2 I am working with a fabulous 3 form entry Primary School in the outskirts of Bristol who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work within their Pre-School class from Term 2. They know how vitally important it is to ensure that all children have the best start in life, and that solid foundations in the early years ensures that children thrive and achieve their full potential later in life. The Role This position is a long-term role for a candidate who has a level 3 Early Years Qualification. This school is seeking someone really energetic and highly ambitious to support children of a young age with their early educational development. You will be expected to: Be creative and work collaboratively with the EY teacher to support fun lessons. Have a clear understanding of the EYFS framework and expectations. Have a range of positive behaviour management skills. Support activities inside and outside of the classroom. Be enthusiastic to develop the children socially, physically and intellectually.
