If so, we want to hear from you Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant Contract: Temporary, Short-term, Long-term, and Permanent positions available About the Role: We are recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of schools in Brighton. You will be supporting students with diverse learning needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other SEN. Working alongside teachers and SEN coordinators, your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and group support to students with SEN. Assisting in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. Promoting independence and helping students develop their confidence and skills. Collaborating with school staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each child. What We're Looking For: We are seeking candidates who: Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, specifically supporting children with SEN. Possess a strong understanding of various SEN conditions and appropriate support strategies. Are patient, empathetic, and able to adapt to different students' needs. Hold relevant qualifications, such as Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent SEN qualifications. Why Work With Us?
