Senior HR Business Partner
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
At Another Recruitment, we are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation in West Yorkshire. Reporting to the Strategic HR Lead, you will support your business areas and work with the wider HR Partnering team to drive strategic organisational change, people planning, and enable continuous improvement. You will lead key strategic people projects to support the delivery of strategic priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a people-centric business that takes a proactive approach in delivering HR business change.
The Role:
1. Responsible for the successful delivery of change and transformation processes working closely with the business on improvements across leadership effectiveness, wellbeing, organisation design and development; employee engagement; EDI/inclusivity; performance and talent management.
2. Build strong relationships with trade unions.
3. Utilise data and insights to drive improved performance and create efficiencies.
4. Translate business requirements into prioritised specific people plans in line with business objectives.
5. Lead and partner with the wider HR teams in addressing complex employee relations issues, coaching colleagues as appropriate.
6. Have oversight of the employee relations climate and case load for your client base, shaping solutions to address how this impacts business performance.
7. Help the business understand its priorities through effective insight and expertise across the whole people life cycle.
8. Partnering with key stakeholders and proactively understand and evaluate how the people services team responds business-wide.
9. Lead on key HR strategic projects.
Skills and Qualifications
1. MCIPD qualified or equivalent.
2. Proven experience of operating within a strategic HR Business Partnering role.
3. Experience of facilitating successful organisational change as well as successful delivery of people initiatives that lead to improvements in service delivery.
4. Excellent management, influencing, and coaching skills across a broad range of stakeholders and teams.
5. Must have the ability to deliver multiple activities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
6. Highly pragmatic and commercial, providing solutions and making risk-measured decisions.
7. An ability to analyse, research, and translate HR metrics in a straightforward yet impactful way.
8. A solid understanding of UK employment law.
9. Must be happy to travel.
