Construction Project Manager - Slough - Data Centre
Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are currently looking for an electrical biased Project Manager with a history of working and completing commercial construction projects, with a rounded knowledge of the processes in Data Centres.
Requirements
The ideal Site Manager will have:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
2. In-depth knowledge of data centre processes.
3. Proven history in operations with a strong ability to manage projects within budget and meet deadlines.
4. Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel, and Office.
5. Excellent management and communication skills.
Certificates & Checks Required
1. CSCS & SMSTS.
2. Temporary Works.
3. Relevant Mechanical/Electrical qualification.
4. DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced.
5. Financial Check.
Job Details
1. Start date: ASAP.
2. Location: Slough.
3. Hours: 7am to 4pm.
4. Salary: 65 - 75 PAYE + Package.
