The Transformation Team within Markets Asset Servicing Operations is responsible for identifying, defining, and delivering change in support of the goals and objectives of the organization. The team’s focus is to deliver strategic change, enhance the risk and control environment, retire legacy systems and/or processes and create operational synergies and efficiencies. As a Market Asset Servicing Transformation Program Manager Vice President in Transformation Team, you will join a team focused on internal business transformation & program delivery for global Markets Asset Servicing Corporate Action operations teams across the Equities, Prime and Fixed Income businesses. You will work closely with their manager and surrounding team, they will be responsible for end- to-end program management, including business analysis, process mapping, design solutions, build planning, test and implementation. This is a senior role requiring a high degree of analytical skill and program management. Job responsibilities Builds partnerships with key business and technology representatives in order to drive business requirements definition Communicates and negotiates agreement on design solutions across multiple stakeholders Prepares business requirements documentation which are clear and comprehensive Works closely with our technology partners to support testing and implementation of solutions where required Collaborates with other members of the program team to ensure consistent and successful execution across the change agenda Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Prior experience in program management Minimum degree educated (or equivalent experience) Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple streams of work at any given time Excellent communication, presentation skills (both oral,visual and written) and influencing skills Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business / stake holders and Technology Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization as required Ability to troubleshoot and strong analytical skills required Knowledge of Agile methodology and collaborative development Strong attention to detail and must be able to demonstrate outstanding delivery track record A self-starter with the ability to lead, work in a team or independently Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge of Corporate Actions and banking operations would be beneficial
