Job Description
With a fantastic view over Cardiff Bay from our Head Office, we are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our SME Team. The role will involve servicing and growing an existing portfolio of credit insurance customers. You will work closely with our broker partners to ensure we build value, nurture relationships and remain the insurer of choice for our customers in a competitive marketplace.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take a step into a career in financial services as the role combines learning about the product itself – Credit Insurance - with being exposed to a variety of decision makers across both our broker and customer networks. Not forgetting support from the experienced and close-knit team we have in the Cardiff office and across the UK, who will provide you with full training and support.
Knowledge, Education and Experience
Experience in an Account Management role is desirable but not essential and a knowledge of credit insurance is certainly not required.

3. The ability to meet financial targets and understand when we need to take action.

5. A team-player, able to work alongside and with other team members to provide the optimum solution for our customers and brokers
