School Nurse (Bank)
Wycombe Abbey has been at the forefront of girls’ boarding education for the last 125 years. Wycombe Abbey seeks to appoint a School Nurse (Bank) to work alongside the Health and Wellbeing Centre Manager, School Nurses, and three visiting doctors, as well as liaise closely with boarding House staff. The Health Centre provides 24-hour cover, with seven inpatient beds. The School Nurse (Bank) must be willing to work a variety of shifts; early and late shifts or weekend cover.
The successful candidate will be a RGN and/or RN (child), and must ensure that registration with the NMC is current. Previous experience with children is desirable, as is experience of working in a school setting, but not essential as full training will be given.
Contract: This is a casual, zero hours contract.
