What will you be doing?
As a Graduate Site Manager, you will assist with the daily management of the site, focusing on delivering a quality service and product to our clients in line with the project goals.
You will:
* Assist the Construction/Site Manager with their duties and any ad-hoc tasks that may arise
* Support with the booking of site visits/inductions/deliveries etc.
* Liaise with site supervisors and principal contractors
* Attend progress and other meetings as necessary/directed
* Carry out physical tasks to assist in the completion of the works
This role is available for a September 2025 start, with the possibility of an earlier start date to suit yourself and the business. As part of the graduate programme, you will be expected to work in and around your preferred location from those advertised, with a high likelihood of travelling to other projects and locations around the UK in the future. This role is site-based with travel.

* A starting salary of £29,500

What are we looking for?
We invite applications from graduates who are passionate about the industry and have achieved, or are on track to achieve a Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction management, Building surveying (or similar) prior to September 2025.
A full UK driving license (or currently learning) and the eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction is essential for this role.
