Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Clinical Psychologist to join the Children's Psychology team at Poole Hospital. Our small psychology team work closely with our paediatric consultants, nurses and other allied health professionals to support both outpatients and admissions The successful candidate will be an integral member of the diabetes and oncology teams to help assess and support the emotional well-being of the children and their families/carers. Clinical supervision will be provided and the post holder will be fully supported if the post is taken as a preceptorship role. This opportunity is suited to someone who is creative and innovative and can demonstrate excellent clinical, communication skills whilst demonstrating compassion and flexibility within this busy service.
