Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Assist the Technical & Control Quality Lead in the maintenance & continuous improvement of the quality & HACCP systems.
2. Upload and verify data from temperature control equipment.
3. Work with the Technical & Control Quality Lead and the current team to implement and improve traceability across the business.
4. Support the Technical & Control Quality Lead with audits of BRC, NSF and EHO visits.
5. Support the Technical & Control Quality Lead and the Head of Food to ensure the site meets required company & regulatory standards.
6. Provide effective support to the Technical and Quality Lead in investigations on quality matters, complaints & incidents promptly.
7. Support the HACCP team to promote Quality assurance & Food safety culture.
8. Assist with undertaking daily, weekly and monthly quality assurance checks, logging the data as required and raising any issues with the Technical & Control Quality Lead.
9. Assist with the topper design and manufacturing process, liaising with all areas of food production to ensure the process runs seamlessly and raising any issues with the Head of Food.
10. Personal development goals: Level 3 Food Hygiene, Allergen training and any other recognised industry certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
