The Role:
You’ll take the lead in optimising paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns. Managing large-scale campaigns across all 3 areas for our Higher Education clients. The role will also have line management responsibilities of Paid Media Executives.
This role would be suited to a current Paid Media Manager looking for a new challenge, or a Senior Paid Media Executive with a few years experience ready to take the next step up!

Key Responsibilities:
* Owning Campaign Strategy and Execution
Develop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.
Provide detailed client reports and ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance.
* Paid Media Channels
Utilise Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for effective campaign tracking and measurement.
Manage campaigns across meta channels, including Snapchat, TikTok, and DV360.
Oversee day-to-day execution of paid media activities.
* Budget Management
Manage the overall budget for paid media initiatives.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
* Management of Paid Media Executives
Mentor and manage Paid Media Executives, checking for quality assurance, best practises, strategy & execution.
* Industry Knowledge
Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies.
Essential Experience:
* Paid Social Technical Knowledge, experience with paid social campaigns on Meta Ads is essential. We also use LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap chat & YouTube, so any exposure in these fields would also be highly desired.
* Paid Search Technical Knowledge, experience with Google Ads is essential. We also use Bing, so any additional experience with this would be highly desired.
* GA4 & GTM, tracking and reporting experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
* Good communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients, colleagues and large groups.
Highly Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience working in an agency environment.
* Experience running activity across Programmatic networks.
* Prior management experience.
