Job Title: Head of Digital Learning
As the Head of Digital Learning, you will innovate and implement best practices in digital learning technologies to support the digital development initiatives for colleagues across HSE. You will work strategically with key stakeholders to identify optimal uses of digital technology and enhance the experience of colleagues engaging with a newly launched Learning Management System (LMS).
You will provide strategic direction to a team of L&D specialists and support administrative functions, collaborating with wider divisional areas to address organisational L&D needs. As a recognized expert in your field, you will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) and reference point for all digital learning workstreams, contributing to innovations that drive change and advance digital and blended learning and development.
The role carries significant leadership responsibilities, including evolving a Digital Learning Strategy aligned with organisational learning priorities. You will demonstrate professionalism and integrity, leading by example and guiding your team to develop a high-quality blended learning offering for colleagues.
Working autonomously, you will identify synergies with relevant divisional areas such as training, IT, and finance to develop and lead digital learning initiatives. Your expert knowledge of digital learning will enable you to provide innovative solutions, mitigate potential risks, and leverage your experience to overcome challenges in digital and blended learning.
