Overall Purpose of the Role
To provide an array of electrical support tasks to Schools contracts manager and site teams, to the agreed specification within set time limits within a specific area.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
1. Provide electrical support to management, to include, PPM, Reactive works, Statutory testing of electrical systems EML, DB’s etc.
2. Keep up to date registers of all request and external data for records and reference
3. Provide ad hoc duties reasonably requested by management
4. Adhere to company policies at all times.
5. Maintain health and safety standards.
6. Ensure personal appearance, including uniform, are of the highest standard at all times in line with company policy.
7. Undertake any reasonable task as requested by the site manager or supervisor
Details of the Role
8. Tom liaise daily with your Manager, site manager reporting to them any information relevant to the provision of the service
9. To complete all allocated tasks shown on the work schedule for a specific area
10. To maintain all equipment used in a clean, tidy and safe condition.
Educational Level
11. GCSE Mathematics or equivalent
12. GCSE English or Equivalent
Professional Qualifications
13. Electrical Qualifications to 18th Edition
14. PAT (Desirable)
15. ECS Card
16. JIB Card
17. City & Guilds 2391-52, Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations
Experience
18. Must have been in a similar role within the last 5 years
19. Maintenance and installation
20. Control systems i.e. motor controls, lighting controls, control circuits
21. Familiar with BMS systems
22. Electrical installation
23. Mechanical i.e. ventilation, pumps, electrics

25. Must be a team player who is willing to work to strict deadlines, and go above and beyond requirements when called to support.
