As a Collateral Management Operational Service Delivery Associate in the Collateral Management Operational Service Delivery (OSD) team, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business and contribute to the success of our Global Operations. As a member of the OSD team, you will collaborate with Stakeholders across Securities Services to maintain high standards of Operational Service Levels for the Collateral Services Business. Job responsibilities Manages incoming and outgoing Client queries related to the end-to-end Collateral Management function Proactively monitors and maintains Operational Service Levels to Clients, owning Operational escalations from identification through to remediation Utilises available data to provide meaningful data and analysis to Clients to highlight areas for improvement within their Operating Model Partners with Relationship Management and Client Service teams to deliver Client Service Reviews and Due Diligence workshops Develops excellent networks of internal stakeholders across the business Contributes to the delivery of key workstreams, tasks, and projects across the OSD teams, collaborating cross-region and cross-function where required Supports Audit, Regulatory and Compliance deliverables; helping to drive action plans and deliverables as required Co-ordinates team activities and prepares materials for Town Halls, Employee Recognition, and strategy working sessions Collects and maintains internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint Participates in collaborative initiatives with team members and Management, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing Operational processes Provides reporting, analytical, communications, and project support to CM Operations management Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear Executive Messaging Effective Client Management skills, and ability to deliver challenging messages Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to understand complex models within the financial sphere Problem-solving and data analysis Strong time management skills, and ability to prioritise and work under pressure Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience within Collateral or Derivatives ABOUT US J.P.
