Our client is a fast-growing recruitment firm looking to hire people with 2 years+ 360 recruitment experience.
This role will be focusing on the Life Sciences desk.
Location: London
OTE: Over £100k uncapped
The Role:
* As a 360 recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying leads and outreaching to develop new business
* You will meet with hiring managers to understand the brief and build a strategy to deliver and manage recruitment campaigns
* Responsible for the end to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post placement follow up
* You will source and select candidates, managing their progress through the recruitment process
* Look for new opportunities to grow the business and expand its reach
* Continue to develop your understanding and knowledge as an expert in the market, via networking and events
* Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally - attending networking events to build your business
* Using CRM and networking tools to grow your network of potential prospects and candidates

Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant area preferred
* 2+ years business development experience
