Business Development Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing, innovative B2B marketplace within the recruitment industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, preferably within recruitment or HR, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential recruiter clients aligned with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Self-generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and executing contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and challenges.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition.
Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.Candidate Requirements:
Proven track record of success in business development or sales, ideally within recruitment or HR.
Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including trends and best practices (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment (five days per week).What’s on Offer:
