A typical day in this role includes:
• Work closely alongside the technical implementation specialists to expand data coverage and depth
• Produce comprehensive reports to consolidate key onsite customer journeys metrics and critical KPIs.
• Recommend, monitor and measure the CRO tests, that will positively contribute to improved onsite performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver ad-hoc queries.
• Present key findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders
• Grow business understanding of digital performance through GA4 website and app reporting
• Support the business understanding of the industry and key competitors’ activity
• Support in the execution of the wider digital data strategy.
This role will be a good fit for you if:
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4
• Experience building reports in a data visualization tool i.e Looker, Excel, Tableau, PowerBi.
• Awareness of A|B test reporting, and the key influencing factors.
• Experience with onsite measurement tools to understand customer behaviour - Contentsquare, Hotjar etc.
• Experience of mobile app analytics i.e engagement and customer journey.
• Good experience of using industry & market benchmarking tools, effectively feeding into answering key business questions.
• Strong proficiency of all Microsoft tools – especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• An ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience providing insight, in a busy, highly commercial eCommerce environment, within the marketing/digital landscape.
• Team player and self-starter, with strong time management and an ability to effectively manage different project deadlines.
• Passionate about digital analytics and has a keen interest in working across eCommerce functions to further business performance.
