Senior EA to CEO and PLC Board of Directors
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior EA to support the CEO and the Board of Directors for a well-established organisation.
The role’s principal priority is to support the CEO, followed by the C-suite and Executive leadership team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, a proven track record of delivering on time, and be able to work under pressure within a busy environment.
The role is working from the office 5 days a week; you must be able to commute to their other office from time to time, which is located within the North West.
Responsibilities
* You will manage and coordinate all necessary activities on behalf of the CEO and CFO relating to the strategic and operational aspects of the PLC. This includes management of the PLC diary and events schedule.
* Project Management: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects. Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Provide strategic and operational support to other Executive Leadership Team members, ensuring their time and diaries are managed to optimise productivity and efficiency.
* Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and events.
* Coordinating and prioritizing the executive’s calendar to ensure efficient time management.
* Arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Handling travel-related logistics and expense reports.
* Ensuring the CEO and executive’s office operates smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
* Assisting with budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years EA experience at C-Suite in a larger, ideally multi-site, international, corporate enterprise.
* To be professional at all times, maintaining a high level of professionalism and decorum in all interactions.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Professional, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
