Project Administrator
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm
Based in Washington
Salary £30k per annum

We are currently recruiting an experienced administrator to join a projects team in Washington. You will be key in supporting the administration function, maintaining documentation, and coordinating project tasks.
KEY ROLE OUTLINE
1. Coordinate and manage project tasks providing administrative support to the project team.
2. Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports etc.
3. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
4. Assist in the development of project proposals, including researching, writing, and editing content.
5. Organise and schedule project meetings, distributing agendas, and recording minutes.
6. Assist in the preparation of project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
7. Maintain a well-organised project filing system, ensuring easy access to all relevant documentation.
KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in a project administration role or similar.
2. Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
3. Ability to use Microsoft applications.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Good level of general education.
