* Support adult recruitment and progress through tailored guidance 📈
* Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessments ✍️
* Build strong partnerships with local employers and external organisations 🤝
* Assist with events like interviews, open days, and career progression opportunities 🎓
🌱 What We’re Looking For:
* Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject 🌿
* Teaching qualification and experience in education 🏫
* Strong leadership and communication skills 💬
* Experience working with adult learners and employers 🤝
💰 Salary: £27,270 - £29,676
