SALES MANAGER
️Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location: Norwich -Hybrid
Start Date : April 2025

ABOUT YOU
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. You are motivated and are able to maintain and encourage a continuous high level of output for both yourself and your colleagues.
Ideally you will have experience in a management or supervisory position within a call centre environment, within a D2C setting would be advantageous.
We would be looking for you to have a good standard of general education, it would be great if you have a degree or equivalent formal managerial or leadership qualification.
You will have good knowledge of Microsoft systems and packages, if you have experience in CRM systems and sales platforms such as Hubspot and Salesforce then even better! You are great at communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also have the ability to work individually and as part of a team and be able to create new solutions to overcome challenges and drive positive change.
THE ROLE
Whatever is the opposite of a cold call, that's what we do.
Our Sales Manager will be managing the sales team within Careline365, and will be developing and executing effective sales strategies. They will be setting and achieving sales targets, as well as training and developing sales team members.
They will be building and maintaining customer relationships, along with analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities. Collaborating with other departments and recruiting and expanding a high-performing sales team.
