Position: Support Worker
Location: Barking and Dagenham
Working Hours: 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday
Start Date: ASAP
We are exclusively seeking passionate and professional Support Workers who go all-out to provide the very best care and support for their clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity within a brand new Special Needs 6th Form School!
There are full-time, part-time, and ad-hoc positions available.
If you have experience in supporting those with Learning difficulties, Mental Health, and/or Physical disabilities, then we would like to hear from you.
Support Worker Main Duties:
1. Working in collaboration with your team to deliver the highest quality of care
2. Following students' specific care plans
3. Teaching skills for independent living such as cooking, cleaning, shopping
4. Supporting students' social and behavioural development
Support Worker Skills Needed:
The ideal Support Worker will have experience working within an assisted living facility, SEN School, or Care home and possess a positive and caring attitude with excellent communication skills. Reliability and a strong team/work ethic are essential within this role.
