As a SEN Teaching Assistant in a mainstream school, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

Support teachers in delivering educational activities and lessons
Work on a 1:1 basis with SEN students
Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
Communicate effectively with both students and teaching staff
Provide care and guidance to children, including those with special educational needs.
Assist in special education programmes
Collaborate with educators to create engaging learning experiencesRequirements:
Must have experience working with SEN children in an educational setting
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and colleagues
Knowledge of supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder
Ability to provide care and support for toddlers
Familiarity with special education practices and principles
