This post is based at The Mount, Whalley Road, Accrington, BB5 5AD. The post is a Job Share, Fixed Term, 12 Months, 15 hours per week, working 9am - 5pm, Mon and Tue. Qualifications needed: NVQ level 3 administrative qualification or equivalent experience, RSA 2 or equivalent, ECDL or equivalent experience. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a community based mental health service and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This team includes psychological therapists, nurses, support time and recovery workers, social workers, occupational therapists and psychiatrists. You must be able to provide efficient administrative support and have excellent IT, keyboard and data inputting skills. You will also require strong interpersonal skills, be able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to organise your workload effectively. The role requires attending meetings and minute taking.The work is varied, interesting and demanding and candidates need to be organised, flexible and reliable. We are looking for people who possess the ability to meet the demands of the service, and also to be able to communicate with a wide range of people, including patients and health care professionals.
