Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Facilities Manager to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to oversee and manage multiple commercial office buildings
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to 55,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus annual leave, company pension, growth opportunities and autonomy within this role.
This is a full-time, permanent role The hours of work will be a 40hour working week Monday – Friday.
Reporting to the Operations Director your responsibilities will include:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial buildings.
Ensure that all facilities are maintained to tenant and organizational standards.
Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulations, including health and safety standards.
Manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective response to maintenance requests.
Plan and oversee scheduled maintenance and repair activities.
The ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role managing commercial properties.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in facilities management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
