About the Role:
Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd has two roles within the Customer Relations team for this busy Claims organisation. The roles will involve assisting the Customer Relations & Compliance Manager with managing complaints, and assisting the Theft & Antifraud Manager with investigating claims.
Responsibilities:
The role will include:
1. Logging and reporting customer grumbles and complaints.
2. Liaising with policyholders regarding complaints.
3. Reviewing escalated complaints.
4. Completing own investigations prior to issuing Policyholder with Final Response Letter.
5. Preparing FOS case file submissions and managing any subsequent queries from the FOS.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who have worked in a Complaints role within Insurance and who have excellent communication skills. You should show empathy and understanding and have a confident, professional attitude.
