We are seeking a Tutor for our client, a small training company based in the Black Country. They deliver in various locations: Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Dudley, and Walsall, and act as a recruitment service for the NHS, recruiting unemployed people for jobs with the Black Country NHS Foundation Trust.
Their delivery module is unique and is based on helping learners build confidence and acquire skills that will enable them to apply and enjoy a successful interview (at the end of the training course). Their learners are unemployed adults. Their methods are also unique, placing emphasis on offering a full support package to their learners and making their course enjoyable. The current success rate is around 70% into work.
They are now looking to extend their offer to encourage successful learners to progress into a level 2 qualification in healthcare.
They are looking to employ a Tutor with relevant healthcare competencies to run this new part of the offer. In short, they are looking for a Tutor with a history of healthcare experience.
The successful candidate will run their own timetable; the company does not employ a strict 9-5 policy and works to the learners' needs.
A driving license is essential as they deliver at various locations.
This is a first-class position for someone who wants to make a difference and control their own working schedule.
Negotiable salary based on experience.
