UX & Innovation Specialist | HIGH WYCOMBE We’re looking for a fabulous UX & Innovation Specialist to join our Online Business team and play a key role in developing new digital initiatives to further engage our customers and to improve the user experience of the website/app, to support the digital strategy. You’ll be working with internal departments and external agencies to continually monitor the performance of new innovations we integrate on the website/app, whilst looking for improvements that can enhance them. What You’ll Do Develop our onsite and in-app experience, championing a customer first approach to developing our digital platforms to support The Perfume Shop OO strategy. Continuously monitor performance and customer behaviour for UX & innovation projects and use data to instigate changes on the website/app, providing regular feedback to the team and new opportunities to the Online Experience Manager Conduct regular website/app audits from a UX perspective and provide feedback to the Online Experience Manager and Online Business team, optimising experience where possible. Be responsible for utilising our existing innovations to promote upcoming commercial activity and ensure they are kept up to date with new launches and services. Develop innovative features and then provide a thorough handover to the Trading team for subsequent day-to-day execution. Provide training and coaching to direct reports, ensuring any relevant feedback is shared amongst their teams. Take ownership for conducting regular one to one meetings and appraisals in a timely manner, setting clear and achievable objectives and ensuring development plans are in place. What You’ll Bring Project management experience, working with internal stakeholders to take briefs and develop compelling customer content. Be able to work collaboratively with external agencies & suppliers. Strong communication skills, verbal and written with the ability to build and maintain working relationships. Demonstrable organisational, prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
