SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Contracts Manager

SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Contracts Manager required join a project in Oxfordshire area. (travelling around different sites)

Dealing with :

* H&S inspections
* cheking RAMS
* 2 large AMP8 projects (£5-20m)
* Some smaller activities
* Some legacy AMP7 projects
* Ability to manage full portfolio of people (Designers, planners, PMs, Agents etc)
* Competent in delivering large schemes
* Checking permits
* project coordination

Pay rate is £400 / per day; paid weekly CIS

Must have:

* SMSTS
* WATER / WASTE EXPERIENCE
* GOLD / BLACK CSCS / WHITE CSCS
* FIRST AID

3 months initially, possibility for going permanent.

You must have at least 6 years of experience.
