As a Spa Manager at Bodelwyddan Castle you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests leave feeling revitalised and pampered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
* Manage and train a team of skilled therapists and spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
* Develop and implement innovative spa treatment menus and packages that align with our brand standards
* Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety throughout the spa, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Build strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs and ensuring their expectations are exceeded
* Monitor spa performance, analysing trends and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in spa management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
* Passion for health and wellness, with a solid understanding of spa treatments and therapies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creating a friendly and approachable environment for guests and staff alike
* Creativity and innovation to develop unique spa offerings that stand out in the marketplace
