We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage and support both existing and newly acquired customer accounts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers. About the Role: As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, onboarding new clients, tracking and processing orders, and offering virtual product training. This is a phone-based role with no cold calling, focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with established customers. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate customer profiles and track interactions using CRM software. Monitor product consumption and order history, assisting customers in meeting program requirements. Cross-sell additional products to existing customers. Assist with order processing, deliveries, and collections. Provide product training and troubleshooting support via video calls. Coordinate the dispatch and tracking of equipment placements and returns. What We’re Looking For: 2 years of experience in customer service or order management. Strong phone presence. Excellent multitasking and time-management skills. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to solve problems creatively. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
