Job Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to assist adults in a supported accommodation setting. The role involves providing person-centered care, promoting independence, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or other complex needs to live fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities: Provide practical and emotional support to individuals, promoting independence and well-being. Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household duties. Support individuals in accessing community activities, education, and employment opportunities. Develop and implement personalised support plans tailored to individual needs. Monitor and manage any safeguarding concerns, following policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and other support networks. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory standards.
