About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised person to join our Housing Team. The role will be responsible for providing front-line housing management services to our customers within a geographical area.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Managing neighbour and estate issues.
2. Carrying out post allocation visits.
3. Multi-agency working.
4. Assisting with rent collection and tenancy sustainment issues.
5. Working across Kingdom to provide best outcomes for our customers.
About You
You will have a good working knowledge of the housing sector, including experience of dealing with neighbour complaints and estate issues. Experience of rent collection would be advantageous. You should be educated to CIH Level 4 in Housing Practice or equivalent. The ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands, and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Check.
Please be advised this is a temporary contract for an initial period of 9 months which may be extended.
