Product and Visualization Development Lead will be responsible for: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, project managers, HR partners and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and translate them into insightful and interactive dashboards and reports. Lead, mentor and manage a team of tableau developers and business analysts to deliver high quality visualization solutions. Develop tableau dashboards and other visual products to support advanced analytics applications related to people insights. Leading execution and automation of analytical and reporting projects to ensure that the outputs fulfill client requirements and expectations. Establish and enforce best practices and standards in tableau development and data visualization. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and scalability of all visual analytics deliverables. Effectively communicate findings, ideas, and concepts to non-technical stakeholders both internally and externally. Staying abreast of current trends/research in data science research and technology. The Ideal Candidate will have: Master’s Degree/ Bachelor’s degree preferably in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics / B.tech in Computer science, IT Extensive experience in: Tableau, Power BI and other visual analytics tools Advanced SQL (or similar language for querying relational databases) Python programming skills especially using visual libraries such as dash, plotly Experience using platforms such as Oracle, OpenRefine, Snowflake, Airflow etc. D3, JavaScript experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead projects to timely delivery Strong analytical skills related to working with unstructured datasets Demonstrated strong collaboration skills—Analytics & Insights is a team sport.
