Role: HR Administrator
Location: Greater Manchester
Rate: 15 - 16 per hour

Eden Brown are looking to recruit a temporary HR administrator on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester.
This is a full-time temporary role for approximately 3 months starting in January.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews, and preparing job offers.
2. Maintain accurate employee records and manage confidential HR data.
3. Support staff onboarding, ensuring a smooth induction for new hires.
4. Assist in employee benefits administration, payroll preparation, and training coordination.
5. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
6. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
7. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
2. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting colleagues.
