Based in Cambridge, they are looking for people who can start immediately. There may be an opportunity for a permanent position.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will:
1. Be the first line of support dealing with client queries
2. Respond to emails
3. Collect Data to verify ID
What we’re looking for in a Customer Support Agent:
1. Ability to show initiative and work independently
2. Attention to detail
3. Polite under pressure
4. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
NICE TO HAVE:
1. Payments / Fintech experience
2. Proficient in Excel
