We are currently looking for an experienced office manager to join a very good company based in Bilborough.
The successful candidate will undertake the below roles:
1. Recording and maintaining financial transactions on their accounting software – in particular Sage Line 50.
2. Maintain communication with banks and tracking account balances.
3. Preparing and filing quarterly VAT returns.
4. Preparing customer invoices and collecting debts.
5. Credit control.
6. Reconciling supplier statements and making timely payments.
7. Processing payroll on Sage software and reconciling all PAYE, Pension & Net wages accounts.
8. Managing employee expenses.
9. Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts.
10. Assisting the accountant by providing information for annual accounts.
11. General admin duties.
12. Maintain office efficiency and keeping management informed.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, starting at 9.00 am – 17.00 + Fri 9.00 am – 15.00 – 30 mins lunch each day. This is a temp to perm role.
To be considered for this role you must have prior office managing experience, extensive Sage Line 50 experience, excellent computer and admin skills, and be able to demonstrate payroll experience.
The rate of pay is £14.50 - £16.00 / hr depending on experience.
