As a Retail Marketplace Manager, you will be an integral part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis. Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for the running and management of up to 3 stores, adhering to the companies gold standards and driving your shop team to achieve excellence in all areas. Are you ready to launch a winning career? Salary is £16.34 per hour This includes a Location pay of 74p What you will do Responsible for managing more than one shop in a marketplace. Lead, develop and train your team to deliver outstanding service to a wide variety of customers. Contribute to the protection of our customers through the implementation of our Responsible Gambling and overall compliance strategy. Develop your team to have a sound understanding of the business and our products. Plan and work towards defined targets and goals, and manage controllable costs. Ensure you and your team maintain high shop standards in terms of appearance and cleanliness. Follow our recruitment, induction, and ongoing learning and development processes to help build a strong shop team. Develop your team in their current role and support those who show potential and want to progress within the business. Complete shop rotas to agreed timescales and with fairness and the work-life balance of your team in mind. Support your wider area team as required, e.g. investigations, formal meetings, lead roles. Working Patterns Our shops can be open from Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm depending on the location. This includes weekends and bank holidays. You will work 37.5 hours and ensure that you schedule yourself to work alongside each member of your shop team regularly. You will complete rotas at least four weeks in advance.
