We’re looking for a new HR Coordinator / People Coordinator to come and join the team for a 1 year fixed term contract Based from our Castle Donington office, you’ll sit in our HR Operations team and will be exposed to all things people focused; from the day to day administration to exciting forward thinking projects…. if you’re a people person with an eye for detail, a flare for organising and find coordinating a doddle…then this could be the role for you About the team… Our People Team is at the core of what CP is and helps to make us a people first business. They support us in our ongoing goals to retain an incredible culture whilst we grow as a business, providing insights to our people engagement and supporting our leadership teams in reaching their goals through their people plans. About the day to day… As a People / HR Coordinator, your role will be providing support across the People Team, being the main point of contact for all things admin related, playing a critical role within the CP family. We cannot stress how important attention to detail is within this role. You need to be accurate, reliable but efficient. The role incudes a whole host of activities but here's a quick overview: Producing accurate new starter documentation using our internal systems; offer letters, contracts, onboarding communications and internal communications of new starter announcements to the wider business. Help with the creation of letters e.g. pay review and bonus Creating and administering probation pass letters Managing our family friendly procedures. Drive and deliver the new starters and leavers processes (including onboarding). Liaising with external suppliers to ensure new starters get their CP merch on time. Reporting Administration of employee benefits Managing our People Team Inbox, assisting with general queries, such as holiday entitlements and booking leave, knowing when to escalate queries to the HR advisors or BPs. Getting stuck in with wider team projects as well as taking the lead on some smaller administrative projects. Psychometric & 360 feedback administration Driving license checks The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey.
