Temporary Bookkeeper / Administrator needed

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our Warwick client on a temporary, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist with managing daily finances, using Xero, and providing administration support.
Typical duties are likely to include:
* Managing suppliers, and handling accounts receivable and payable.
* Answering the phone.
* General administrative duties.
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:
* Proven bookkeeping experience.
* Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
* Knowledge of Xero is essential.
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A good telephone manner.
* An ability to work with a number of different software systems.
