Due to an unexpected change of personal circumstances, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at Oakfield Primary Academy for a hardworking, conscientious upper key stage 2 class teacher.
Oakfield Primary Academy is an incredibly supportive school, with the staff and pupils at the centre of all it does! Every teacher is entitled to the best possible CPD. No teacher is ever left to plan alone. Reducing teacher workload and improving teacher well-being is a priority. Governance arrangements fully support the development of teachers, enabling them to concentrate on teaching and learning.
A high priority is placed on developing the deeper learning of basic skills, whilst at the same time developing a broad and balanced curriculum of foundation subjects. We want our children to fulfil their academic ability but to also be good human beings when they leave us.
