We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver engineering projects across a wide range of products and systems. Based in Wymondham you’ll take ownership of projects from the moment of receipt to successful completion, ensuring top-tier service for our clients.
What You'll Do
* Manage engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
* Develop detailed project plans, including scopes, deliverables, milestones, and resources.
* Oversee risk assessments, mitigate potential project risks, and resolve issues proactively.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.
* Champion compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
* Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement by analysing project performance and implementing lessons learned.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an engineering environment.
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
Desirable:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
* PMP or equivalent project management certification.
