Job Purpose As a Partnership Trading Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Merchandiser across all trading and planning activity for our partnership channels. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Buying, Merchandising, and with our external partners to help deliver a strong commercial performance. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role and you are someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and confident managing multiple priorities at once. Your strong analytical mindset, excellent organisation skills, and collaborative approach will help you build great relationships and make a real impact. You will be a trusted ‘go-to’ person, representing both the brand and our partnerships with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Skills & Experience Strong Excel skills and confident using Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Previous experience in a retail Head Office environment (e.g., admin or merchandising assistant) is helpful but not essential. Comfortable working with data to draw insights and make commercial recommendations. Able to handle and interpret high volumes of data in a busy commercial environment. Responsibilities Support the Merchandiser in all areas of trading to meet key performance goals, including sales, product ranging, profitability, and stock availability. Review weekly and in-season performance at SKU level, identifying best and worst sellers and proposing actions to optimise trading opportunities. Work cross-functionally to manage system updates for product ranging and de-ranging, sharing key changes with relevant teams. Create planograms with a commercial and customer-focused lens for seasonal and promotional activity. Lead the end-to-end partnership new line form process, ensuring timely execution by working closely with our web and external teams. Collaborate with the Pricing Manager on all pricing changes, ensuring consistency and accuracy. For more information about the role, please refer to the Job Profile.
