As a Teaching Assistant working in SEND, you’ll support children with a variety of needs, including: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Dyslexia Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges What You’ll Be Doing: Offering personalized support to students in small groups or one-on-one settings. What We’re Looking For: We’d love to connect with candidates who have: Recent experience working with children with SEN (within the last 5 years). A caring, patient approach and excellent communication skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of different settings. Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, which are advantageous but not essential.
