Role Objectives:
* Create and own a long-term product vision for the Subscriptions Platform, aligning it with the broader strategy of our global business, brands, and technology.
* Build and empower a high-performing, passionate, and knowledgeable Product team.
* Lead the technology transformation of existing and new capabilities to support business vision and strategy at a sustainable cost.
* Support the transformation of our titles to digital-first news publications, collaborating with business transformation teams to foster innovation.
* Understand the external acquisition, monetisation, identity, and paywall tool landscape, trends, and innovations, and integrate new thinking into the Product Team and platform vision.
Proven leadership in digital product management, with experience in an audience-led, digital-first company.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
