The Role:
As a Regional Nurse Manager in the Complex Care division, your main responsibilities include obtaining and keeping the CQC registration and acting as the Registered Manager for the assigned location.
You’ll supervise the local team of Nurse Managers, Field Care Supervisors, and Bookings Coordinators. This involves close collaboration with the Clinical Operations Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Your goal as a Regional Nurse Manager is to uphold our high-quality care standards by efficiently recruiting and managing a proficient team of enthusiastic clinical and care professionals.

Responsibilities:
- To display consistent management and leadership skills working within Superior Healthcare’s core values of Passion for Quality, One Family and Inspiring Leadership
Maintain high standards of quality and governance within your designated area
- Work closely with commissioners to identify new care packages that will be suitable for our teams
- Participate in meetings with key personnel and build relationships and partnerships with locality managers
- Manage a team of Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors, support recruitment, and arrange/assist with inductions
- To provide leadership and management for the team of Nurse Managers, Field Care - Supervisors and booking coordinators, ensuring personal and team development
- Collaborate closely with the Safeguarding Lead, offering advice and support to individuals and liaising effectively with Local Authorities and various agencies
- Lead the investigation process for incidents/safeguarding concerns and referrals, ensuring prompt and structured resolution in coordination with the Strategic Safeguarding Lead
- Working to ensure complaints/grievances, accidents and incidents are kept to a minimum, and that there is a satisfactory timely outcome for all
- Ensure the clinical on-call rota is covered with appropriate resources
Be a backup for the Nurse Managers on call
- Ensure clients’ care is provided at all times it is commissioned, including working within a care package yourself if urgently required
