The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Admissions Manager to be responsible for the organisation and administration of the College’s Admissions process. The post holder will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to manage the Department.
The post requires a high level of organisation and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience of working in an Admissions Department is desirable, but not essential. The post requires occasional evening and weekend work for student interviews, Open Evenings etc. During the busier periods, it may be necessary to work additional hours to ensure the time-sensitive tasks are completed effectively. This overtime can be taken as time off in lieu, which can be used during quieter times of the academic year.
The post is available from 6 January 2025 on a permanent, full-time basis. The hours of work are from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that this is a full-year role and not term time only.

The Admissions Department
The Department is based in the main office of the Langham Building, which is shared with the Student Services and Trips Departments. The post holder will be supported by the Assistant Admissions Manager and the College Administrator (Admissions and Student Services).
The salary for the post is £29,190 per annum to £30,818 per annum. Progression is on an annual increment scale to £32,590 per annum.
